Work on behalf of clients
Use your client manager access to build websites and manage Growth Studio while keeping account ownership and billing separate.

My clients in your account menu. A platform administrator manages access under Platform > Users > Client manager access.

Get access to your clients
Ask a platform administrator to enable client manager access on your existing user. You then have access to all client accounts, including new clients. Your own account role stays unchanged.

Open a client workspace
Open My clients and choose Work on behalf of this client. The notice names the client you are working for. You can create, edit and publish websites and use the client’s Growth Studio.

Use existing credits
AI actions use the client’s existing credits and normal credit checks. You cannot buy credits, change subscriptions, view invoices or manage user permissions. Ask the account owner to arrange additional credits or a required subscription, then retry.

Finish or switch clients
Choose Return to My clients to end the session before opening another client. Changes record which employee acted for the client. Disabling client manager access immediately blocks further requests, including an already open session.
